To build the future of drug development and precision medicine we are looking for a Lab Manager to join our team.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

As a Lab Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our organoid research lab. You will be responsible for ensuring the laboratory operates smoothly, complies with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and ISO (International Standards Organization) standards, and fosters a collaborative and innovative environment for research excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a cutting-edge research team, help establish and maintain GLP and ISO standards. You will be integral to building a compliant lab environment, ensuring both research and manufacturing practices meet industry regulations.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage lab operations: Oversee the daily functions of the organoid lab, including equipment maintenance, supply management, and compliance with GLP and GMP.
  • Establish and maintain GLP & ISO standards: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality assurance protocols, and ensure the lab complies with both GLP and ISO meet the regulations and maintain strict adherence to quality assurance protocols.
  • Team leadership: Supervise and mentor lab technicians and researchers, providing guidance and ensuring quality in all experiments and procedures.
  • Protocol development: Design, develop, and optimize protocols for organoid culture and related assays, ensuring compliance with both GLP and GMP.
  • Data integrity & documentation: Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of experimental data and manufacturing processes in accordance with regulatory standards.

 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with international scientists, external partners, and regulatory bodies to support ongoing research, manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s or PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with organoid culture, 3D cell culture, and stem cell research.
  • Strong understanding of GLP and ISO standards desired
  • 3+ years of experience managing a laboratory, preferably in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting  .
  • Proficiency in lab automation systems, equipment management, and data acquisition tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in quality assurance, auditing processes, and SOP development under GLP and ISO desired.

IT ADMINISTRATOR

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware and network systems.
  • Administer and manage Google Workspace accounts and user access.
  • Oversee digital tools and ensure smooth operation of software and hardware for the team.
  • Handle software licenses, hardware updates, and regular system maintenance.
  • Manage data storage and data management in compliance with ISO (International Standards Organization and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) standards.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience with IT administration and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of software licenses, hardware, and data management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

We are offering an exciting Internship/Master’s Thesis opportunity focused on 3D Cell Culture and Organoid Research for 6 to 12 months. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced scientists to support ongoing projects and explore novel approaches in organoid-based models. This position provides a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in cutting-edge cell biology research, with the potential to contribute to high-impact scientific discoveries.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the cultivation and maintenance of 3D cell cultures and organoids, including human-derived models.
  • Learn and apply various techniques for organoid growth, differentiation, and analysis.
  • Participate in protocol optimization, including cell culture conditions, media formulations, and experimental setups.
  • Conduct assays such as immunohistochemistry, fluorescence microscopy, and molecular biology techniques as well as novel image acquisition techniques.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and interpretation of experimental results.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and develop innovative research approaches.
  • Contribute to scientific documentation and prepare reports or presentations for lab meetings and potential publications.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of cell culture techniques; prior experience with 3D cell culture or stem cell research is a plus.
  • Strong interest in organoid technology and its applications in biomedical research.
